The beginning of something good
It feels funny to start something, even a blog without some sort of introduction, or greeting or formal hello. Writing for no one but the great cosmos, the universe, the muse inside right now I still feel compelled to say hello and that I wish you the most joyous delicious, scrumptious, sweet, tarte, juicy gooey experiences, among which, in my opinion, resides the consumption of divine baked goods and sweet treats, so here we are. There's no grand plan in my head for Tarte as I post these first words except that I want to share a little of what Tarte is to me. The recipes, the inspiration, the random things that feel like they belong in company with sweet confections and sticky treasures. Maybe a catalog of recipes will emerge, experiments in butter, sugar flour and eggs will be perfected. For me anyway, life will be a little sweeter, a little sassier and a little more tarte.
